Nothing happened , I sent an email and did not receive an answer, Im trying to cancel an order and by the time I reach someone itll probably already have been sent It is frustrating when you want to reach someone before it gets sent and no one answers

I love the company and the customer service is generally great, but no one answers the phone now. Thank you so much.

I want to cancel that order if it hasn't been sent out already. I tried to get a hold of someone a couple of days ago, and I could not get a hold of anyone.

I was trying to return an item call the number which was not the customer service number. It was a private number.

I also tried the website could not get a printing label. It was a horrible experience.

I wanted a return label. Cant figure out how to get one call the customer service number. No one answered the phone spent 40 minutes trying to resolve this and nothing happened.

Its rather frustrating because you offer free returns which is great but if you cant get a return label, how can you get a return?

I have been trying by email and phone (just waited 15 minutes with no answer) to talk to a customer service rep about a gift certificate I was given in March for my birthday! I don't have a record of the gift certificate other than an initial email - then it disappeared (not in spam).

I'd like to use this gift, but now I'm frustrated with the lack of response from you! Help!

It's absolutely impossible to reach customer support with Beyond Yoga. They don't answer the phone and just play music.

There are no messages, and no replies to customer service queries about the cancellation of an order sent via email. They have great products, but their customer service is bad.

No problem. Want to know the color of these leggings to therefore buy a matching top could you look up my past order & let me know

Never received gift card after repeated attempts, unable to reach customer service. Chat box unable to correctly understand problem.

No ability to speak with a live representative without signing up for a subscription service. Gift card intended to be a birthday gift, unacceptable that it was not received.

The Company has shipped my order to another person, though I tried to notify them they used the wrong shippees address. I couldnt get in touch with them,

I ordered yoga pants on Nov. 29th and realized an hour later that I had ordered the wrong size and color.

I tried to cancel this order through two chats and an email. However, on Mon. Dec. 1st I received an email saying that the items were being shipped.

Any other company could cancel the order within an hour.

Very hard to find a phone number and when I did call there is no answer during business hours. The product is great but this company does not want to provide customer service by phone.

Only got receipt and my daughter who it was sent to only got receipt

Please send it now as my refunds for previous orders for gifts havent been refunded

I need to make an adjustment to my order. It has the wrong credit card information.

It is billing a credit card that is no longer valid. It never gave me an option to put in my credit card info. I need this rectified. Can somebody please call me 480-329-****.
